All applications are reviewed by the Awana Commander and registration will only be accepted based on our class availability.

Registration priority will be given to families attending Caldwell First Baptist Church. Then, if spots are available, registration will be open to families not attending Caldwell First Baptist.

To be a Cubby, your child must be:

• 3-5 years old
• At least 3 and fully potty trained before 9/1/2025.

To be a Sparky, your child must be:

• 5 years old before 9/1/2025
• In K-2nd Grade

To be in T&T, your child must be:

• 8 years old by 9/1/2025
• In 3rd-6th Grade

New Clubber: $50.00

For clubbers who are joining Awana for the first time or this is their first year in a new club group (i.e. they were in Sparks last year and this year they will be in T&T).

Returning Clubber: $25.00

For clubbers who are returning to the same club group and have their vest and bag (includes cost of book and section and & year-end awards).

Replacement Costs for Lost or Damaged Items

This person will only be contacted if we cannot reach the parents, who will be contacted in the order that they appear above.

Please list the names of anyone you authorize to pick up your children, other than the names of the parents/guardians/EEC listed above.

By proceeding, I affirm that Caldwell First Baptist Church has my permission to use my or my child's photograph/likeness to publicly promote the Awana program. I understand that the media may be used in print publications, online publications, presentations, websites, promo videos, and social media. I also understand that no royalty, fee, or other compensation shall become payable to me by reason of such use.

Cubbies must purchase a Pre-cut Car Kit, but Sparks and T&T may choose either a Block or Pre-cut Kit.

Parents and volunteers may purchase and enter their own cars.
